Role -: Field collection EXP -: 6Months to 1year Qualification -: PUC any Degree *Job Description* Candidate should have exp in Micro finance Well versed in Team and Branch handling Manage the end-to-end collection process for group loans, ensuring timely repayment and minimizing delinquency rates. Supervise and coach a team of loan officers and collection agents, providing training, performance feedback, and support. Monitor group loan performance, conduct field visits, and assess group dynamics to ensure effective repayment. Work closely with credit, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless loan disbursement and recovery processes. A collection agent is a professional responsible for recovering unpaid debts or dues on behalf of a company. Their role demands tact and professionalism, as they often deal with sensitive financial matters. Collection agents act as mediators, resolving overdue accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
