Role: Field Associate - Kollam We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Field Associate to join our team in Kollam. If you are passionate about making a real impact on public transportation, love working on-the-go, and are great with people and tech, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities - Train bus conductors on proper use of Xplor ticketing devices. - Handover new devices to newly onboarded buses or operators. - Set up the Xplor mobile app for bus owners and ensure onboarding. - Distribute paper rolls to buses when required. - Provide immediate on-site tech support for devices/apps. - Log recurring issues and report to the technical/support team for resolution. Required Qualities - Familiar with bus routes and operations within Kollam district. - Comfortable using Android devices and handling basic Excel data. - Willing and ready to travel to local bus stands or client sites. - Able to explain technical steps clearly to non-technical users (e.g., conductors, bus owners). - Punctual and reliable, capable of juggling multiple tasks under time pressure.
