Company Description South Indian Consulting is a forward-looking, data-driven consulting firm that has conducted successful campaigns in the recent assembly elections in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We are focused on engaging politically conscious youth from across South India, particularly in Tamil Nadu at present. Our mission is to create impact through strategic insights and effective fieldwork. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Associate located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Field Associate will be responsible for conducting field research, data collection, and analysis. The role will also involve coordinating with various stakeholders, executing campaign strategies, and providing real-time insights to the consulting team. The candidate will need to be on the ground, engaging with the local population, attending events, and gathering critical information to guide decision-making processes. Qualifications Field research and data collection skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Project management and organizational skills Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment Experience in political campaigns or related fields is a plus Tamil speaking and writing is mandatory Master's/Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Sociology, Business, or related field welcome Show more Show less
