Description:
Seeking an experienced SAP FI Testing Lead to drive and manage the testing lifecycle for SAP Financial Accounting (FI) implementations, The ideal candidate will combine a strong background in SAP FI processes with proven leadership in planning, organizing, and executing SAP test cycles in dynamic, complex enterprise environments Lead end-to-end test management for SAP FI modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Bank Accounting, and related integrations Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts; ensure comprehensive coverage of all business scenarios and compliance requirements Coordinate FI testing activities with other module leads (CO, MM, SD, etc) to ensure integrated end-to-end process validation Oversee the design and execution of Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing for SAP FI Collaborate with business process owners, functional analysts, and end-users to prioritize testing scope, clarify acceptance criteria, and manage defect resolution Guide and mentor functional and technical test team members; distribute testing workload and monitor progress Ensure quality and traceability across test cycles; document test results, log defects, and prepare test completion reports Support data migration and cutover activities from a testing perspective Drive best practices in test automation (if relevant), and enhance repeatability and efficiency of FI testing processes Participate in project status updates, risk assessments, and go-live support planning
