**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and friendly female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our services, and assisting in scheduling appointments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Outreach:** Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce DoozyDoc’s home healthcare services and assess their needs.

- **Information Provision:** Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our services, packages, and pricing to prospective clients.

- **Appointment Scheduling:** Assist clients in scheduling appointments with healthcare professionals and ensure smooth coordination between clients and our team.

- **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any queries or concerns.

- **Data Management:** Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, client interactions, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination in providing client services.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Senior Secondary Passout or equivalent; a diploma in healthcare or related fields is a plus.

- **Experience:** Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred but not required.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

- **Customer Service:** Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
