Tulua, a well known brand among Hotels & Restaurants across India, is looking for Sales Coordinator (Female) Job Description: Calling new leads, follow up with new leads & existing clients. supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations, ultimately contributing to sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Handling administrative tasks like preparing reports, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining client databases. Sales Process Support: Coordinating sales meetings, preparing presentations, and providing support to the sales team. Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and following up on leads. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues. Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure seamless sales operations. Reporting and Analysis: Creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards to track performance. Data Management: Managing the sales database, ensuring data accuracy, and updating records. Order Processing: Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations. Sales Drive Planning: Planning sales drives and scheduling other team events. Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with the sales team and customers. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues and provide solutions to customers and the sales team. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve sales performance. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with sales representatives and other team members. Computer proficiency in MS word, excel & power point is Must. Graduate degree must.
