Job Description

To perform and assist in gynecological procedures. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing inpatient and outpatient Obs & Gynae cases under the supervision of senior consultants. Support and assist in normal and caesarean deliveries, labor room procedures, and postnatal care. Perform patient rounds, monitor vitals, maintain charts, and update medical records. Assist in gynecological procedures including D&C, IUCD insertions/removals, hysteroscopy prep, etc. Handle emergency cases like eclampsia, antepartum hemorrhage (APH), postpartum hemorrhage (PPH), and abortion cases with guidance. Counsel patients and family members on treatment plans, follow-up, and care instructions. Ensure timely referrals and escalate high-risk cases to the consultant on duty. Maintain high standards of hygiene, infection control, and patient confidentiality. Participate in CME sessions, training, and case discussions. Qualification - MBBS,MD,MDS
