Female Receptionist – Premier Women’s Gym (Mohali, Punjab)

We are assisting one of our valued partner organizations in hiring a dedicated and professional female receptionist for their premier women’s gym located in Mohali, Punjab.

Note: This role is for our partner gym, and all hiring decisions will be made directly by them.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Manage membership sign-ups, renewals, and inquiries.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, including follow-ups with prospects and members.
• Supervise cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Support the smooth and efficient operation of the gym.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as this is a women’s gym).
• Prior experience in reception, front desk, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, reliable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Comfortable with extended full-day shifts.

Compensation:

• Fixed salary (details will be shared during the interview process).
