Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the school’s academic, administrative, and operational activities
• Ensure strict adherence to CBSE norms, policies, and academic quality standards
• Offer strong leadership, guidance, and performance management for teaching and non-teaching staff
• Plan and execute professional development, training, and capacity-building initiatives for staff
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and other stakeholders
• Promote a safe, disciplined, and student-centric learning environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role (Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head) in a CBSE school
• At least 10 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level
• Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Educational Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
