Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and lead generation tools. Prospect Engagement: Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and video conferences to understand their needs and present the company's solutions. Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics, create reports, and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Communication and Negotiation: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills, to effectively interact with customers and close deals. Additional Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide basic customer support and address inquiries. CRM System Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work with sales and marketing teams to implement sales strategies and generate leads. Skills and Qualifications: Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably with experience in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present products and services to customers. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate deals and close sales. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and their use in sales. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
