Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Female Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of a female hostel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing female staff and ensuring the smooth functioning of the hostel. The Warden will be responsible for maintaining discipline, handling resident concerns, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all hostel residents. Key Responsibilities : Oversee the day-to-day activities of the female hostel, ensuring smooth operations. Supervise and manage female staff, ensuring compliance with hostel policies and rules. Maintain discipline within the hostel, resolving conflicts and addressing any concerns or issues raised by residents. Ensure the safety and security of all residents by maintaining hostel safety protocols. Organize and coordinate hostel activities and events. Communicate effectively with staff, and parents, as required. Monitor hostel facilities, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance. Handle emergency situations with calm and professionalism. Coordinate with the Hostel Owner to ensure the smooth functioning of hostel operations. Enforce hostel rules and ensure adherence to guidelines. Candidate Profile : Education : Any Degree. Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hostel Warden. Previous experience in managing female staff is required. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and display empathy and humanity in handling student concerns. Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Thorough understanding of hostel rules and ability to enforce them effectively. Employment Type Part Time
