We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Female Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client-handling experience, and a strategic approach to generating new business opportunities. This role requires a self-motivated professional with a passion for sales, networking, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online platforms . Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Present company products/services effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop strategic business approaches. Maintain a database of prospective clients, follow up on leads, and provide regular reports on sales activities. Work closely with internal teams like marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of deals. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets . Requirements: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented and proactive approach . Strong networking skills to build new business opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms . Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound sales . Job Description:
