Job description (we are hiring only for female candidates) Job Title: - Counsellor/ Tele caller Location: - Gurgaon Duration: - Full Time (Onsite) • Initiating sales with expecting parents over the phone. • Asking inquiries to interact with clients and keep the speech communication going. • Listening to the customers has to generate referrals. • Gathering and documenting client info, payment ways and enrollment • Answering customers queries on the plan. • Meeting sales expectations. • Expecting patients through detailed conversations and observations to determine the conversations. • Discussing the plan with your client on a regular basis till enrolment. • Recording the client's progress and guiding them as per the needs. • Responsible for handling a team consisting of verification, support, collection coordination & CRM tele calling team • Supervising & ensuring that the company working, reporting & business related protocol is adhered to by your team members. • Responsible for receiving calls, mails from clients/ prospects on queries/ complaints & provide speedy resolution by coordinating with other departments. • Responsible for calling & mail clients for payment recovery. • Coordinate with sales for generating leads .
