Job Description:

We are looking for a female Assistant Officer who can efficiently manage day-to-day office operations and handle all assigned tasks independently. The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and capable of managing tasks even in the absence of senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily office tasks, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update data in Excel spreadsheets accurately.
• Manage emails, documentation, and reporting efficiently.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and ensuring smooth office functioning.
• Take ownership of all work activities and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors when required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent Excel and Spreadsheet knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of office management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities.

Eligibility:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
