Job Description

Maintain a good walk in experience for parent and child when they visit the school as prospective parents, arranging and conducting campus tours and convert the prospect to an admission. Manage the main admissions that inquiries are answered quickly and accurately. Process admission inquiries and applications in a timely and accurate manner. Conduct and document regular phone, email and written outreach to inquiries and applicants Manage applicant and inquiry files including filing, updating and communicating status to senior management team Maintain regular communication with parents for coordinating admission activities. Maintain the target metrics by converting admission enquiries into confirmed admissions. Should be excellent communicators. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Good at MS Office – Word and Excel. Ability to work with a team. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
