Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Neapolitan pizzas and other Italian dishes as per restaurant standards. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. Follow food safety regulations and kitchen protocols. Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies when needed. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service. Take care of daily food prep and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Report any kitchen equipment issues to the supervisor.
