FIM is focused on creating a culture where mediation plays a key role in resolving disputes and encouraging collective contributions towards its vision. Role Description This is a hybrid internship role based in New Delhi with flexibility for partial remote work. The Intern will assist in promoting FIM's advocacy initiatives, supporting research on mediation practices, and contributing to creating educational materials and content. The role will involve coordinating events, collaborating with team members, and engaging various stakeholders to enhance awareness and adoption of mediation practices across the country, apart from assisting in the social media presence and management. Qualifications Strong skills in Research, Data Analysis, and Problem Solving Proficiency in Written and Verbal Communication, Report Writing, and Content Drafting Experience or interest in Event Coordination and Networking Knowledge of or willingness to learn about mediation practices and conflict resolution processes Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office environments Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related fields is preferred
