Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FEA Manager to join our team at Blue Star Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finite element analysis and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of finite element analysis techniques across various projects.
Develop and maintain complex models using finite element methods to analyze and predict product behavior.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and develop solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
Develop and implement best practices for finite element analysis within the organization.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of finite element analysis principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
