Job description To work and guide team on Finite Element Analysis (Structural Simulation) of plastic and metal components by using Ansys software & Interpretation of FEA results. M-Tech / BE in Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Mechatronics /Related Engineering Job Location : Bengaluru Key Skills; Experience:8-15 Yrs Demonstrated Experience in FEA Modelling. Identification and troubleshooting of meshing issues. Generating best practices to avoid future issues. Highly Experienced on all aspects of Ansys tool is essential for meshing. Experience on Pre and Post processing tools. Good in engineering basics related to structural, fatigue, drop and transient analysis. Expertise in Hand calculation with excellent analytical skills. Knowledge in materials and its properties Excellent Communication Skills, Aggressive and ready to take challenges. Key responsibilities To work with product engineers to understand the analysis needs, create the scope of work to carry out the analysis. Work with ANSYS support team to improve modelling capabilities Highly proficient in Meshing of the components using input model based on the analysis requirement. Highly proficient in Finite Element Analysis using Ansys tools on plastic and metal products. Interpretation and effective communications of the results and prepare report and presentation. Establish reliable communication channels with customers and provide technical explanation and answers regarding Automotive and power products and technologies Proactively discuss opportunities and ideas with customers to understand their needs and create technical processes and methods to achieve their needs. Hands-on experience with 3D CAD design tools; 3D modelling tool experience a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects Proven ability to overcome obstacles and escalate to get results Ability to quickly adapt to a changing industry, and quickly learn and apply new technologies Create new modelling methods, create and document best practices,
