Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an F&B Steward in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage service areas, including preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food and beverage equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control of food and beverage supplies.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
