Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Senior GSA to join our team at Fortune Park Dalhousie. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and train staff members to enhance customer service and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement menus and promotions to boost sales and revenue.
  • Maintain inventory and supplies of food and beverages to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.
