Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Guest Experience Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.
Manage front-of-house operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
