Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the hotel, and assist with their luggage. Provide exceptional guest relations by ensuring prompt attention to all guest requests and needs. Ensure seamless communication between guests, colleagues, and other departments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Perform various hostess activities such as serving refreshments or offering local amenities. Manage front desk operations, including handling check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and billing. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in F&B service or related field (hotel management). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices.
