Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Executive to join our team at Mercure Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
Develop and implement menus and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
Ensure high-quality food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate records and reports of food and beverage sales and expenses.
Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
