Job Summary

We are hiring passionate and customer-focused F&B Service professionals for a premium Fine Dining restaurant in Goa specializing in North Indian cuisine. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, excellent hospitality etiquette, and the ability to deliver a refined guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide menu guidance and recommendations based on North Indian cuisine.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow.
• Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and high service standards.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests courteously.
• Ensure adherence to restaurant SOPs and fine-dining service etiquette.
• Assist in billing, table turning, and daily operational tasks.
• Support team members to achieve seamless dining operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service, preferably in fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Pleasant personality, grooming standards, and guest-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and festive days.
• Team player with a professional and positive attitude.

• Passion for service and guest satisfaction.
• Problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to upsell dishes and beverages.
• Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems.
