F&B Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Food & Beverage Associate to join our team. The F&B Associate will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and order, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the dining experience
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including dietary restrictions and special promotions
• Assist in food preparation or setup if required (e.g., buffet, events)
• Process payments accurately and operate POS systems
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Support team members and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Manual dexterity to handle serving trays and utensils

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
