Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Associate to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott, responsible for providing exceptional service in the banquet hall. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate food and beverage services during events and meetings.
Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste, meeting customer expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service, responding to guests' needs and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and waste management.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, including preparation and service techniques.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
