Fashion Production Assistant

Role Overview: You will be working as an Assistant Production Merchandiser in a full-time on-site role in Noida. Your main responsibilities will include managing product development, merchandising, sourcing, supplier management, logistics coordination, and in-house production co-ordination as well as outsourced vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Managing product development from material sourcing to supplier negotiations and ensuring timely production as per design - Coordinating with all raw materials, job workers, and internal/external production teams for timely delivery - Developing, evaluating, and presenting pre-development samples - Making bill of material for bulk orders & production runs - Aligning sourcing of raw materials for bulk production and planning production resources for smooth flows - Visiting job workers and factories to track production on a regular basis - Coordinating with various teams (Design, production, procurement, category) and maintaining detailed logs and updates for fabric, trims, accessories development and procurement, sampling & production status Qualifications Required: - Experience in product development, merchandising, and sourcing - Strong coordination and collaboration skills - Knowledge of fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing and development - Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively Please note that this is a full-time, day shift position from Monday to Friday located in Noida.,
