Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser with experience in men’s wear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process — from product development and vendor coordination to inventory management and sales analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the men’s wear product range in line with market trends and seasonal requirements.
• Coordinate with design, production, and buying teams to ensure timely product development.
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per style requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, plan reorders, and maintain optimal inventory.
• Analyze sales data to identify fast- and slow-moving products.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in men’s wear merchandising.
• Strong understanding of fabric, fits, and fashion trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
