Fashion Merchandiser - Women's Ethnic wear

Key Responsibilities

• Determine the seasonal design count based on inputs and direction from the Marketing Head.
• Source necessary raw materials and trims for sampling.
• Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute sampling processes.
• Analyze and evaluate processes by estimating time and cost requirements.
• Prepare and finalize product MRPs.
• Obtain final sample approvals from the Marketing Head.
• Place bulk raw material orders post sample approval.
• Generate Purchase Order slips and submit them for approval.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material availability and deliveries.
• Plan, track, and monitor all bulk production activities.
• Regularly update the marketing team on product status, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain production reports and timelines using Excel and Logic ERP, and share updates with the HOD.
• Review design sheets from designers and provide production-related feedback.
• Visit job workers to monitor sampling and oversee approvals.
