Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Fashion Innovator. The Fashion Innovator will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing fashion products that align with market trends. Day-to-day activities will include trend forecasting, creating prototypes, collaborating with the design and production teams, and ensuring designs meet brand identity and quality standards. Conducting market research to understand consumer preferences and presenting innovative fashion ideas will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Fashion Design, Trend Analysis, and Garment Construction
• Knowledge of Textile Selection, Fabric Performance, and Sustainability in Fashion
• Proficiency in Fashion Illustration, Conceptual Design, and CAD software
• Understanding of Consumer Behavior, Market Trends, and Competitive Analysis
• Excellent collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Experience in the FMCG or fashion industry is a plus
