Job Title: Experienced Fashion Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and trend-conscious Fashion Designer with 3+ years of industry experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in design development, fabric selection, and garment construction, with the ability to translate creative concepts into commercially viable fashion pieces. You will be responsible for designing collections that align with brand identity and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal collections in line with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
• Research current fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes to inspire new designs.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for each design.
• Participate in fittings and provide guidance on alterations to achieve desired fit and style.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and emerging designers to keep designs fresh and market-relevant.
• Coordinate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive product presentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Fashion Designer (ready-to-wear, couture, or specific niche).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D or other fashion design software.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and color theory.
• Excellent sketching and illustration skills (hand or digital).
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
