Join The Limited Reserve, a new luxury streetwear startup creating ultra-limited drops that experiments with different aesthetics and techniques and transforms them into fresh, exclusive collections. We’re hiring two lead designers—one for men’s and one for women’s—who live in or near Ahmedabad. What You’ll Do Ideate & Shape : Lead concept workshops and mood-boarding that marry streetwear with unexpected aesthetics. Design Precisely : Craft flat sketches, drape studies, fabric experiments, and full tech packs in Illustrator, Procreate or CLO 3D. Collaborate & Execute : Partner with pattern-makers, artisans, and manufacturers to bring each limited-run sample to life. Refine Every Detail : Oversee fittings, tweak garment patterns, and perfect finishes—because in limited runs, every stitch matters. Who You Are Experience : 3+ years in luxury, streetwear and high-end fashion design (men’s or women’s). Technical Mastery : Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, CLO 3D, pattern-making, draping & fabric manipulation. Creative Vision : A portfolio that tells a story—bold fusions, impeccable craftsmanship, and modern-mythic flair.
