Job Description

We are seeking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our Leading boutique. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for color, pattern, and texture, and a deep understanding of current fashion trends. Key Responsibilities: Research fashion trends, target audience preferences, and seasonal themes Understand and analyze client needs, preferences, and brand identity Communicate effectively with clients to gather design briefs and feedback Develop customized fashion collections based on client requirements Create original clothing designs and develop new product lines Sketch designs manually or digitally using software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) Select fabrics, colors, patterns, and embellishments for garments Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams Ensure timely delivery of collections from design to final product Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market and competitor activity Requirements: Strong portfolio of past design work Proficiency in design software and tools Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
