Key Result Areas for the Incumbent Process Responsibilities Maintain and build design team workflows that ensure that all designs in the portfolio are delivered are in line with style guides, BIBA’s design language and BIBA quality standards Maintain and track departmental fashion calendar for the season Research and forecast evolving fashion trends and bring those insights in the design of the portfolio Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and development Perform daily organizational and maintenance tasks like Styling the range, Embroidery development and getting the sample made as directed
