Brandman Retail Limited is looking for a creative, detail- oriented fashion designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for activewear design, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to translate concepts into wearable, high-quality garments. Location: New Delhi Key Responsibilities: 1- Trend Research & Concept Development: Conduct thorough research on seasonal trends, colours, fabrics, and prints to develop innovative design concepts that align with brand identity.​ 2- Design & Technical Specifications: Create detailed sketches, technical packs, and mood boards. Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs meet technical and quality standards. 3- Fabric & Material Selection: Source and select appropriate fabrics and trims, considering functionality, comfort, and sustainability.​ 4- Sample Development & Fittings: Oversee the creation of prototypes, conduct fittings, and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal fit and design.​ 5- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to ensure cohesive brand representation and timely product launches.​ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.​2–3 years of experience in fashion designing. Must have experience in activewear category (Men/Women) with brands like: Nike, Adidas, Puma Under Armour​, Speedo, Decathlon.
