Key Responsibilities Design and implement training programs to develop stitching and fashion design skills among women. Oversee the design and development of products that align with market trends and customer demands. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality product design and production. Conduct market research to identify emerging fashion trends and integrate them into training modules. Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer expectations. Work closely with the CSR team to align fashion projects with company initiatives. Mentor and guide junior designers and trainees in fashion techniques and industry best practices. Qualifications & Experience Education: Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field (Preference for NIFT graduates). Experience: 8-12 years in fashion design, product development, or a similar role. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of fabric types, stitching techniques, and garment construction. Experience in developing training programs and mentoring. Market research and trend analysis skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work in a CSR-driven environment with a social impact mindset.
