This role requires a blend of artistic vision, trend forecasting, and business planning to develop a strong and unique brand identity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing collections, planning brand strategies, and ensuring our products align with market trends and consumer demand. --- Key Responsibilities: Fashion Brand Design: Develop and create innovative fashion concepts that align with brand identity. Design collections based on seasonal trends, market analysis, and target audience preferences. Work on mood boards, color palettes, fabric selection, and sketches. Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and quality control. Brand Planning & Strategy: Research global and local fashion trends to create competitive designs. Develop brand storytelling, positioning, and marketing strategies. Plan and execute product launches, collaborations, and fashion campaigns. Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to align branding with sales objectives. Market & Consumer Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and consumer research to understand market gaps. Develop reports on customer preferences and recommend improvements in collections. Adapt designs based on consumer feedback and sales performance. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Brand Management, or related field. Experience: [4] years of experience in fashion design, branding, or retail planning. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO3D, etc.).
