Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Farsi OPI/VRI Interpreter. The interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate and culturally sensitive over-the-phone and video remote interpretation services. Daily tasks include rendering spoken messages accurately, listening to speaker's statements, interpreting them into the specified language, and accurately conveying the content, style, and meaning of the original message. The interpreter will also provide necessary support to ensure that communication remains clear and effective.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Farsi and English
• Strong listening and memory retention skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal communication skills and cultural competency
• Proficient in using telecommunication tools and technologies
• High level of professionalism and ethical judgement
• Previous experience in interpretation or related fields is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule
