Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between architectural teams, engineers, consultants, contractors, and JV partners Review and integrate design inputs from multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy and compatibility Identify and resolve design conflicts and coordination issues Develop and manage design coordination schedules and workflows Conduct regular design audits and ensure quality compliance with building codes and project standards Review and approve drawings, specifications, and BIM models for consistency Collaborate closely with project managers and construction teams Mentor junior architects and promote teamwork and innovation Desired profile of the candidate: Bachelors or Masters in Architecture 15-20 years of experience in architectural design and coordination roles Strong understanding of building bye-laws, statutory approvals, and local regulations (Maharashtra & other states) Hands-on experience in hospitality, group housing, and commercial projects Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 preferred Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Licensed Architect preferred; knowledge of sustainability frameworks (LEED/IGBC/WELL) an added advantage
