Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Branch Head at FAR N PAR (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. The Branch Head will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include managing a team, overseeing budgets and resources, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives. The position also involves developing strategies for branch growth, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating operations with other departments within the company. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills Experience in operations management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization Knowledge of transportation, logistics, and supply chain management Proficiency in analyzing data, generating reports, and developing performance metrics Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience in Freight Forwarding/Customs Cleaerance/Warehousing/trucking industry is must Experience in Import and Export is must Logi-Sys experience is preferred Should not work in silos
