Job Title: Faculty – Export Consultancy (Client Training & Client Management)

Department: Training & Client Success

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-oriented Faculty member for our Export Consultancy division. The role involves training aspiring exporters, guiding clients through export procedures, and ensuring they receive complete support throughout their export journey. The ideal candidate should have expertise in export documentation, logistics, and compliance, along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:Client Training & Education

  • Conduct online and offline training sessions on export-related topics (export documentation, HS code selection, LC, CHA process, DGFT, shipping, logistics, INCOTERMS, payment methods, etc.).
  • Deliver structured training modules to clients enrolled in export consultancy programs.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, case studies, and practical examples.
  • Evaluate client progress and provide additional guidance when needed.

Client Management & Support

  • Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout their training period.
  • Assist clients in understanding export processes and answer their queries promptly.
  • Guide clients step-by-step until they complete their first shipment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, logistics, and execution support.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while dealing with client requirements.

Operational Coordination

  • Maintain detailed records of client sessions, feedback, progress, and support queries.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure they are on track with their export goals.
  • Identify common client challenges and suggest improvements in training content.
  • Collaborate with the operations team for scheduling, batch planning, and content updates.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client training, performance, and engagement.
  • Report recurring issues and propose solutions to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in export operations, export documentation, training, or client management.
  • Sound knowledge of export cycle, logistics, IEC/DGFT, documentation, customs clearance, payment terms, and international trade basics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex export concepts for beginners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Strong mentoring and teaching ability.
  • Patience and client-friendly attitude.
  • Structured and organized approach to training.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Experience working with exporters, freight forwarders, CHA, or logistics companies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
