Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ph.D degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
Minimum 15 years of teaching/research/industry experience, out of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Associate Prof. or equivalent.
Evidence of significant research publications in reputed journals, active participation in academic/professional bodies, and proven record of guiding research scholars.
Candidates with strong industry linkage, consultancy exposure, or corporate training experience will be given preference.

Preferred candidate profile

Demonstrated leadership in academic administration or research projects.
Ability to build collaboration between academia and industry.
Interest in student mentioning, institutional development, and skill-based learning initiatives.
Exposure to modern pedagogical practices, case-based teaching, and digital learning tools.

Office Location : DURGAPUR

SALARY WILL BE NEGOTIABLE

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification, experience, and industry standards. Deserving candidates may be considered for higher start or additional perks as per institute policy.
