Role & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Faculty Member. The Faculty Member will be responsible for designing and delivering course content, mentoring students, and assessing their progress. They will also be involved in curriculum development, conducting research to keep course material up-to-date, and collaborating with other faculty members to enhance the learning experience.

Conduct interactive and practical sessions on digital marketing modules like SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc. Update course materials as per the latest industry trends and tools. Guide students with live projects, assignments, and portfolio building. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback. Participate in curriculum design and workshop planning.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (training or practical). Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
