About the Role: We are seeking experienced and dedicated NEET/JEE School Teachers for Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology to join our partner school located in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction to students from Grades 8 to 12, with a focus on competitive exam preparation for NEET and JEE. This is a full-time, residential role that requires relocation to the school campus. Suitable accommodation and one-time daily meals will be provided. Key Responsibilities: · Deliver in-depth and concept-oriented classes aligned with NEET/JEE curriculum. · Prepare lesson plans, conduct regular assessments, and monitor student performance. · Design and review test papers, practice worksheets, and academic materials. · Identify student learning gaps and provide individualized support where required. · Maintain academic discipline and mentor students in both classroom and residential settings. · Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to ensure effective academic delivery. · Participate in parent-teacher meetings and share regular student progress reports. Candidate Requirements: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject (B.Sc./M.Sc., B.Ed. preferred). · 2 to 10 years of proven teaching experience in NEET/JEE coaching or school teaching for Grades 8–12. · Deep understanding of competitive exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies. · Strong classroom management and communication skills. · Passion for teaching and mentoring students for long-term academic success. · Willingness to relocate and reside on the school campus.
