Location: PW-IOI Campus Noida, Indore, Pune, Lucknow, Patna Experience Level: 2+ years of teaching/training experience with Masters (M.Tech or MCA) or B.Tech Position: Faculty for Full-Stack Development About the Role: The faculty will be responsible for teaching HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Frontend Development, Backend Development, and Databases. They are expected to deliver high-quality instruction covering fundamental and advanced concepts in these domains. They will ensure comprehensive syllabus coverage and maintain academic rigour while adapting their teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes. The faculty will conduct hands-on practical sessions, implement creative frontend development with backend integration, and guide students in real-world web development applications. They must take students from scratch to project/website development of the covered topics. In addition to conducting lectures, they will mentor students in individual and group projects, resolve academic doubts, and foster a collaborative learning environment. The faculty will also prepare assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback. Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and deliver curriculum content incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies. Conduct interactive lectures, hands-on coding sessions, and live projects covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and database management in both offline and online mode. Guide students in practical applications, including UI/UX design, responsive web development, and deployment strategies. Mentor students on industry-relevant projects, problem-solving approaches, and best practices in Web development. Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student proficiency and provide constructive feedback. Implement innovative teaching methodologies like project-based learning, code-along sessions, and hackathons. Stay updated with advancements in web technologies, frameworks, and databases to ensure students acquire job-ready skills. Assist students in technical interview preparation and coding challenge readiness. Participate in faculty development programs, curriculum refinement, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness. Engage in campus events, organise tech workshops, and contribute to student professional development. Skills Required: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Express.js, and database management systems (SQL & NoSQL). Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL). Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Firebase, Azure). Proficiency in version control systems like Git and GitHub. Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. Experience in mentoring, training, or teaching web development concepts to students or professionals. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Web development, including UI/UX design and web deployment. Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring individuals' students or group projects. Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to students with varying levels of expertise. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain the website's design and database integration to the students. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with no prior technical background in coding and designing. Experience fostering a collaborative, inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and active participation.
