Faculty for ACCA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ACCA Faculty Member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction for ACCA papers, mentoring students, and ensuring excellent exam results through innovative teaching methods and up-to-date subject knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and/or online lectures for assigned ACCA papers (e.g., Applied Knowledge, Applied Skills, Strategic Professional).
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, presentations, and study materials aligned with ACCA syllabus requirements.
• Guide students through exam techniques, question practice, and mock assessments.
• Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and support academic progress.
• Stay updated with changes in the ACCA curriculum, exam patterns, and industry developments.
• Participate in academic planning, curriculum design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Coordinate with the academic team for scheduling, student engagement, and course delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Essential: ACCA-qualified,Semi Qualified, CA/CMA Qualified or semi qualified
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior teaching or training experience in ACCA papers or professional accounting courses.
• Strong understanding of ACCA syllabus structure and exam requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS).

Remuneration:

Competitive salary/lecture-based compensation depending on qualifications and experience.

Starts from RS 500/hr and increased based on the qualification and experience
