Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Faculty Coordinator role based in Mumbai. The Faculty Coordinator will oversee smooth coordination and delivery of our vocational courses by maintaining effective communication with faculty members and students. It includes visiting schools to support and oversee the implementation of courses, facilitating the playback of lessons during scheduled sessions, and monitoring course progress to ensure alignment with the curriculum and learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to ensure effective communication
• Strong communication skills to engage productively with both faculty and learners.
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to oversee and improve workflows
• Experience in school coordination, teaching, or EdTech (preferred)
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with faculty and student
• Willingness to travel for school visits and on-site support
• Prior experience in e-learning or education management is a plus.
