Job Title: Factory Supervisor Company: Sriishtii Hospitality Industry Location: 58/13-A, Veena Enclave, Mundka, New Delhi – 110081 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Working Days: 6 Days a Week – 10 AM to 6:30 PM Industry: Manufacturing – Commercial Kitchen Equipment Education: Minimum Graduate Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers with strong discipline and willingness to learn may apply) Other Requirement: Must know how to ride a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) Job Summary: Sriishtii Hospitality Industry is seeking a reliable and organized Factory Supervisor to manage daily factory operations at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing inventory, handling light local purchases, maintaining records, and ensuring the factory runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure production targets are met. Manage and maintain raw material and finished goods inventory. Conduct physical stock checks and maintain stock registers. Handle light local purchases of materials, tools, or supplies as per factory requirement Maintain and update factory records, registers, and daily logs. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for production and stock movement. Monitor equipment usage and coordinate basic maintenance or repairs when needed. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the factory premises. Report daily activities and updates to senior management. Handle dispatch and receipt of materials as required. Required Skills & Qualities: Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage small teams. Knowledge of basic record-keeping and register maintenance. Familiarity with factory processes, stock management, and local purchasing. Should be proactive, responsible, and reliable. Must be able to ride a bike for local purchases or coordination tasks.
