Job Title: Factory Supervisor – Garment Manufacturing

Location: Noida Sector - 8

Reporting To: Production Manager / Factory Manager

Job Summary:

The Factory Supervisor is responsible for managing daily manpower and production operations in the garment factory. The role ensures smooth workflow, productivity, and quality across departments while maintaining discipline among workers. The supervisor will also support limited inventory handling related to production material tracking.

Key Responsibilities:Manpower Handling:

• Supervise and manage the daily workforce in stitching, finishing, and packing departments.
• Allocate manpower as per skill level and production plan.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of workers.
• Resolve minor worker issues and maintain a positive working environment.
• Coordinate between line in-charges and the production manager.

Production Handling:

• Plan and execute daily production schedules as per order priorities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved with quality and efficiency.
• Monitor line performance and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth production flow.
• Prepare and share daily production reports with management.

Inventory (Limited Handling):

• Keep basic record of fabric and trims issued and used for daily production.
• Inform the store or purchase team about material shortages in advance.
• Maintain accountability for production-related materials on the shop floor.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure garments meet company quality standards at all production stages.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance on the shop floor.Requirements:
• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Diploma in Garment Manufacturing or relevant field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,800.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
